A valid GP referral is required for all patient appointments. We receive referrals by Email and Fax. 

Please encolse all relevant information relating to the patient's condition and results necessary for the appointment. All referrals are triaged and information provided in your letter helps us facilitate an appropriate appointment for your patient.
